What this site collects
Only what you type into the project request form: your name, email address, business name (optional), the kind of help you need, your budget range and your message. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.
There are no advertising tags, no cross-site tracking and no cookies.
Why, and how it's used
To reply to your request and keep a record of it. Your details aren't sold, shared with advertisers or added to a mailing list. You get a reply to what you sent, and nothing else.
Where it's stored
In a Cloudflare D1 database, and emailed to us through Resend. Both may store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Alongside your request the server keeps the time and a shortened form of your IP address, for one purpose only: blocking spam and abuse.
How long it's kept
While there's a reason to keep it, such as a live conversation, a quote or a project. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Access, correction and complaints
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. If a complaint isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
