This website is run by Campsite Studios, a sole trader in Australia ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Any project we do together is governed by its own written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over anything on this site.
Using this website
You can browse the site and share links to it freely. Please don't:
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- use the project request form to send spam, advertising or anything unlawful
- copy the site's design, text or artwork for your own commercial use without asking us first
Project requests and quotes
Sending a project request doesn't create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. Prices, timelines and descriptions on this site are general information, not an offer. A quote becomes binding only when it's written up as a proposal and accepted by both of us.
Our products
Where a product listed on the projects page, such as Vestline, has its own terms or privacy notice, those apply when you use that product.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it's general in nature. It isn't legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Please get professional advice for your own situation.
Intellectual property
The content, design and artwork on this site belong to Campsite Studios unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each project agreement. Our standard position is that you own what you've paid for.

The site links to our products and to other websites. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of websites we don't control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded.
